Lago Mar Civic League Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines acceptable use of the Lago Mar Civic League website, communication tools, and any associated services.

Purpose

The Civic League exists to support communication, collaboration, and engagement within the Lago Mar community. All use of our services should reflect that purpose.

Civic League services are intended for non-commercial, community-related use only.

Acceptable Use

Users may use Civic League services to:

Share and receive information related to the Lago Mar community
Participate in Civic League events, discussions, and initiatives
Submit inquiries, concerns, or feedback

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Civic League services to:

Post or transmit unlawful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
Harass, intimidate, or impersonate others
Distribute spam or unsolicited mass communications
Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt services
Misuse community contact information for personal or commercial gain
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Community-Focused Communication

All communications facilitated by the Civic League are intended for legitimate community-related purposes. Use of Civic League resources for unrelated commercial marketing or mass outreach is not permitted.

Enforcement

The Civic League reserves the right to:

Remove content that violates this Policy
Restrict or suspend access to services
Take appropriate action in response to misuse, including referral to appropriate authorities when necessary

Third-Party Services

This Policy also applies to any third-party platforms or services used to support Civic League operations.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of Civic League services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
